Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will review the situation and provide an appropriate solution, including replacement or refund when applicable.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, we recommend requesting a return (if eligible) and placing a new order.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged
- The wrong product was received
- The issue was caused by our error
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Fraud Prevention
